Refund & Return Policy
At Parker Canyon, we take pride in the quality of our handcrafted bath and body products. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, please review our policy below.
1. Returns
Due to the personal nature of our products (soaps, lotions, bath bombs, etc.), we cannot accept returns on opened or used items for hygiene and safety reasons.
- Items must be returned in their original, unopened packaging.
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.

2. Skin Sensitivities
Your safety and well-being are our top priorities. Because our products contain natural oils, botanicals, and fragrances, we recommend reviewing the ingredient list on each product page before purchase.
- If you experience an unexpected sensitivity or reaction, please discontinue use immediately.
- While we cannot accept returns on used items, please contact us at returns@parkercanyon.com to share your experience. We value your feedback and will work with you to find a suitable solution or a product better suited for your skin type.
3. Handcrafted Variations & Damaged Goods
Every Parker Canyon product is handcrafted in small batches. Because of this artisanal process, slight variations in color, texture, and shape are normal and are a testament to the unique nature of our products. These variations do not affect the quality or efficacy of the item.
However, if you believe your order was genuinely damaged during transit (e.g., broken containers, leaked liquids, or unusable items):
- Please contact us immediately at returns@parkercanyon.com.
- Include your order number and a photo of the item and packaging.
- If you are unsure if a product is simply showing natural variation or has been damaged in shipping, please reach out to us for confirmation and we will be happy to assist you.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
- Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
5. Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items unless the return is a result of our error (damaged or incorrect item). We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
6. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please email us at returns@parkercanyon.com.
