Section 3 - Product Use, Safety & Allergy Disclaimer

Our products are intended for external, cosmetic use only.

  • Safety: Some products contain oils or moisturizing agents that may make surfaces (such as bathtubs or showers) slippery. Parker Canyon is not responsible for any injuries, including slips or falls, resulting from the use of our products.
  • Allergies: It is the responsibility of the user to review all ingredient lists for potential allergens. We recommend a "patch test" on a small area of skin before full use. If irritation occurs, discontinue use immediately and consult a physician.
  • Natural Variations: Because we use natural botanicals and handcrafted processes, slight variations in color, scent, or texture between batches are normal and are a mark of product authenticity.

Section 5 - Shipping & Temperature Sensitivity

Many of our bath and body products (such as body butters, balms, or salves) are sensitive to extreme heat.

  • Melting Policy: Parker Canyon is not responsible for products that melt or change consistency during transit or while sitting in hot mailboxes/porches.
  • Recommendation: We strongly advise customers to track their packages closely to ensure products are brought into a climate-controlled environment immediately upon delivery.

Section 6 - Accuracy of Billing and Account Information

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.
