Shipping Policy

At Parker Canyon LLC, we take great pride in handcrafting high-quality bath and body products. We want to ensure your self-care essentials arrive safely and promptly.
1. Processing Times
- Standard Processing: All orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
- Peak Seasons: During holidays or site-wide sales, processing may take 3–5 business days.
- Business Days: Our processing facility operates Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST on Friday will begin processing the following Monday.
2. Shipping Rates & Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Standard Shipping: (3–7 business days)
- Expedited Shipping: (1–3 business days)
Please note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier volume or inclement weather.
3. Domestic Shipping
Parker Canyon LLC currently ships to addresses within the United States, U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
4. Address Verification & Accuracy
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the shipping address entered at checkout is correct.
- Verification: Please double-check your apartment number, suite, or unit number before finalizing your order.
- Corrections: If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at concierge@parkercanyon.com. We will do our best to update it, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order has begun processing.
- Incorrect Addresses: Parker Canyon LLC is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the buyer.
- Redelivery Fees: If a package is returned to us by the carrier due to an "Insufficient Address" or "Undeliverable" status, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the order.
5. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
6. Melt Warning & Product Integrity
Because our products are made with natural oils and butters, they are sensitive to extreme heat.
- Summer Shipping: We recommend monitoring tracking closely to ensure your package is not left in a hot mailbox or on a porch for extended periods.
- Consistency Changes: If a product softens during transit, place it in a cool, dark place for 30 minutes to solidify. The quality of the product remains unaffected.
7. Damages & Lost Packages
Parker Canyon LLC is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. However, we want you to be happy with your purchase.
- If you received your order damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, take a photo, and contact our support team at concierge@parkercanyon.com within 48 hours of delivery.
- We will work with the carrier to file a claim and ensure a resolution is reached.
